Raised in the South and with a marketing degree from the University of Georgia, Jess brings a sharp blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and operational expertise to every event she leads. With experience producing 1,200+ high-impact experiences for brands including Capital One, Deloitte, Dataiku, and Pinterest, she is known for creating thoughtful, hospitality-driven events that balance elevated design with flawless execution and measurable business impact. From executive retreats and international conferences to large-scale brand experiences, Jess approaches every project with a deep commitment to the attendee experience and an instinct for turning complex productions into seamless, memorable moments. When she’s not traveling the globe for events or working on her farm, Jess splits her time between New York and Florida.
Hailing from New York and educated in the Bay Area, Meredith's background in fine art and photography gives her a discerning eye for event design that sets Prospect Events apart. With over one thousand events produced for brands like Reddit, Airbnb, Experian, and Calm she has built a reputation for conceptualizing and producing original, unforgettable experiences that are as visually inspiring as they are results-driven. From international events and VIP executive retreats to roadshow conferences and A-list productions, Meredith brings a rare creative vision and an unwavering commitment to making every event exceed expectations. She resides in Los Angeles with her rescue dog, Bodie.

Although she has called both London and Los Angeles home, Ally is East Coast born and raised. After earning a BA in Communications and an MA in Cultural and Creative Industries, she built her career at tech startups like Factual, expanding their global event marketing programs. Ally thrives on the excitement and challenge of creating meticulously planned events that encourage meaningful connections, all while collaborating and coordinating with various stakeholders. When she is not planning high-impact events, you can find her in Fishtown, Philadelphia with her husband and Rottweiler/Doberman mix, Drake, usually busy planning her next trip overseas.

Originally from South Florida, Gabby moved to Manhattan to join the Prospect Events team. She studied at Indiana University and graduated with a degree in Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management. Gabby’s educational and professional background in events has led to a love for the organizational and creative process behind bringing events to life.

She studied Hotel and Restaurant Management with a minor in Business at Auburn University, where she developed a passion for hospitality and the art of keeping things running beautifully. Brooke oversees the operational side of the business, ensuring the team has everything they need to deliver extraordinary events.
